Asian Engineering Valuation Company Limited, was established in 2008 by the group of graduates people under Graduate Diploma Program in Property Valuation ("GPV") and Master of Real Estate ("MRE") from Thammasat University, aims to provide property valuation services following professional and ethical standards as defined by the relevant professional association.
In order to correspond with professional in services, our management team has strongly civil engineering knowledge, mechanical engineering practices and also other related expertise in law, economic and architecture. Base on our integrated in expertise from various specialize, we could perform such a complicated property valuations services for a wide range types.
Additionally, we do recognizes the importance of asset valuations's roles and responsibilities which could affect a broad range of financial system, investment credit, capital market and economy of the country. Hence, transparent management and standardized system for monitoring the quality and carefully asset inspection is considered as crucial aspects. These reflects on our valuation reports which are provided without conflict of interest in accordance with professional standards and ethics of the Valuers Association of ThaiLand and Thai Valuers Association as well as regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Finally, we have a mission and fully committed to be a dedicated organization to create and develop high quality of property valuation industry in order to meet not only domestic requirement but also international standards which turn out to be the ultimate company's goal.
